the thanksgiving crew
remember how i mentioned the incredible-extending table? well, i wasn't kidding... from the top, clockwise: dad, elijah, mom, (me,) bethany franks, carrie galpin, morris yaegashi, brent jackson, yukiko takata, ari montgomery, tim montgomery, joel montgomery... and that's gotta be a record. oh wait, then we topped it on sunday for lunch. i think we had 14. my parents have been so gracious this year with the house, and it's so great for entertaining. mom has been incredible with all the cooking.
but now the dust has settled. everyone hit the road to chattanooga and atlanta yesterday afternoon. i decided to stick around for a day to visit with my parents. we're going to dinner tonight and then i'll be on the road home myself.
