with all the training and orientation i've been doing at work lately i haven't had as much time to blog. you may have noticed that the daily photo has slipped to more of an every other day photo. this may keep up for a while -- it will just depend on how my time works at the new job. i took this yesterday on the way to work. the chattanooga choo choo (now a holiday inn) is a wealth of photographic opportunities. i've been taking pictures there since my earliest days in the darkroom at chattanooga state. i shot this from the car while driving past.
...
a shout out to younger brother joel montgomery for his recent exploits on the soccer field. he was even named player of the week a few weeks ago.
back to work...
Yesterday was a beautiful day for shots like this.
Where are you working these days (sorry if you have posted it and I didnt see it)?
Posted by: matt at November 11, 2004 02:51 PMFor those going to Savannah: A suggestion was made to meet over at my house around 5pm and we'll carpool from there. Also, due to the sketchy weather, there is a big chance we won't be camping. However bring your camping gear...you will need your sleeping bag at least.
PS I'm celbrating Bethany and my birthday tonight too. So, for those interested call me.

Posted by: kiko at November 11, 2004 04:28 PMwow -- such a simple shot, but a real eye-catcher!
Posted by: paul bowman at November 11, 2004 10:52 PMI love your past two photos Andy. I remember when New City was meeting in the old YMCA on Mitchell Ave and you could just make out the Choo Choo sign from the iron barred windows.
Posted by: Katie at November 12, 2004 09:17 AMTo savannah goeres(again): Brady just called and said that the weather is looking up again. Therefore, there is a chance that we might go camping.

Posted by: yukiko at November 12, 2004 10:37 AMAs you well know Andy, I don't have much to do. I work off and on, a lot at night. During the day I check your blog off and on. Your lack of posts not only makes my boring life more boring, it sometimes drives me to tears. Please be aware of this in the future.
Posted by: John Totten at November 15, 2004 05:47 PMyeah Andy you have Loapher addicts all over the country worried -- don't let us down man.
