savannah crew

here's the crew from this past weekend in savannah - all 14 of us. (should be fifteen, but micah took off for the afternoon.) we had a great weekend together even though our plans for camping fell through. we did get to do some sailing and motorboating on saturday afternoon, fighting "gale force" winds and a quickly setting sun at the end of the day. brady and paul hosted us at their respective houses and on the whole everyone really enjoyed it. i've got plenty more pictures that i'll be posting all week long.

...

after only 3 weeks in the flooring industry i've made my first press release! it's not nearly as impressive as my brother's soccer accomplishments, but it's nice to get some recognition. (search for "montgomery" on that page - about half-way down.)

today isn't friday, but i haven't posted any music for a while so here's an mp3. its called "couches in the alley" by a band called styrofoam that somehow incorporates ben gibbard, dntel, and some other fellows. decent stuff, a bit reminiscent of postal service with a vocoder.

Andy,

I read your press release. Is the description of your job duties in a foreign language? What exactly will you be in doing in laymen's terms?

Yes, nutmeg. That is Carrie Galpin and guess what, she's my house associate and our cats are getting married this spring. Maybe Andy can take a nice engagement shot when he comes to Gainesville for Thanksgiving...

nutmeg-

i think the smile with the lower lip hiding underneath the upper is the anticipation of hearing from someone as beautiful as you. how are you? e-mail me personally.

ps: cat engagement is right. wondering what that's all about? either wait for the photo op or come and see for yourself: two cats in love- so in love it would make brad p. and jennifer a. look pitiful.
