Best Digital Cameras

People often ask me what digital camera they should buy, or what is the best digital camera to buy. Not that I mind people asking me these questions, but since I haven't been shooting as much lately I don't keep up with the latest cameras so I usually don't have a quick answer. Most of the time I spend a few minutes over on DPReview.com and then make a few (somewhat uninformed) recommendations usually including Canons or Nikons.

Well, those days are over. Ken Rockwell, over at kenrockwell.com has a page dedicated to this particular question. He keeps it updated on a regular basis and gives recommendations for anything from the most expensive DSLRs to the much sought after "cheapest good digital camera." So, that's where I'll be pointing people from now on, or at least going there myself when people call to ask me that question. Thanks Ken!
